Our Commitment

BOL Group LLC wants everyone to be able to use Data Consulting Platform, including people who use a keyboard only, a screen reader, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Our Standard

We design and test the Platform to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What We Do

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to main content” link.
• Text meets color-contrast requirements in both light and dark mode.
• Pages use clear headings and labels that screen readers can announce, and errors are read out.
• Charts never rely on color alone: changes also show ▲ / ▼ and words, and every chart has text labels.
• Most choices are pick lists instead of typing, so there are fewer chances for mistakes.
• Text can be zoomed, and animation stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Downloaded dashboards follow the same rules.
• We check pages with automated tools and by hand, with a keyboard and a screen reader, after changes.

Known Limits

We can't change the content of the files you upload, so column names and values appear as they are in your data. If any part of the Platform is hard to use, we will help you another way while we fix it.
